Who can play Center City Little League?

Boys and girls who are over the age of 5 and who do not turn 13 by April 30, 2010 are eligible to play Little League for the 2010 season. You are eligible to play for Center City Little League if you live south of BHS and north of Main Street, east of the lake all the way to Grove Street. Map is below.

Medical Release Form

To register, kids must have their parent/guardian’s permission. The parent/guardian must fill out a registration form and a medical release form (available above). We also require a copy of the child’s birth certificate (we can make a copy), and proof of residence within our boundaries. Registration for Center City Little League costs $35 per child or $50 per family, but no player will be turned away for an inability to pay.

Three different documents that show your address are needed for proof of residence. These can include a drivers license, a utility bill, and a financial document like a credit card statement or loan statement.
